How to Submit Your Callaway Family Pedigree

1. Generation Pedigree Chart (for as far back as lineage is known)

2. Family Group Records (Include 1 sheet for each generation)

Note: A gedcom file or report from genealogy software is also acceptable.

Also include where you obtained your data, i.e. family knowledge, census, family bible, wills, deeds, pensions, marriage bonds, death certificates, etc.

Any version of Acrobat will allow you to print the charts and fill them out by hand, but the latest version will allow you to fill in the fields by clicking and typing in them. It also opens the file directly into your web browser window when you click on it.
