She may be the Eliza Ann Calloway who married William C. Moore 22 June 1845 in Jefferson co., IN. (Indiana Marriage Collection 1800-1941). Can not find him in the next census.
She became guardian of two of her brothers, Joseph's children when Joseph died in 1843. They were Joseph B. and Benjamin F. Callaway. She is listed as single on the 1850 Madison Co., IN census with Benjamin living with her, but not Joseph. There is another male child listed age 5, but I can't read the name.
She is listed as head of household, age 68 born in DE on the 1880 Madison, Jefferson Co., IN census.

"FIELDING BROWNFIELD was born in Somers Township, Champaign County, at the head of Big Grove, March 21, 1841. His early education was acquired in the public schools and subsequently he engaged in farming, which branch of industry he has followed ever since, in connection with owning and operating a threshing machine, corn sheller and wood saw, all being operated by steam power. In politics he is a stanch Democrat, and in his religious views a Universalist.
"Mr. Brownfield was married March 7, 1867 in Edgar co. IL, to Miss Mary Malvina CALLOWAY, a daughter of John and Lucinda (ROSE) CALLOWAY. Nine children have been born to them, namely: Ellen (Mrs. J. B. CORSEN); Lester Terry (married Matilda Bialeschki); Clara, who lives in Decatur; Celia May (Mrs. Edward KIRBY, of Stanton); Jessie Ann (Mrs. Walter DILLMAN), who also resides in Stanton; Ruth A.
